WINTER ARC CHALLENGE 2.0

What’s Included

THE RULES

  • No alcohol

  • No refined sugar

  • Strength training 6x a week (workouts provided)

  • 10k steps per day (cardio recommendations included)

  • One active recovery day per week

  • Follow a diet (macros provided)

  • Read 10 pages of self development book each day

  • Drink 3 liters of water per day

  • Group meetings biweekly

  • Progress pictures

  • Winner of challenge will receive 1 Up Nutrition stack of suppliments

My goal for the Winter Arc Challenge 2.0 is to push you out of your comfort zone, stretch your limits of what’s possible both physically and mentally, and help you get into healthy habits that will stick with you throughout 2026. Start the New Year on the right foot by showing up for yourself and becoming the best version of YOU!”
